Program Design
A fully customized training program designed around your specific goals and needs. Executed on your own schedule with clear structure and guidance—no in-person coaching required.
Program Design + Initial Consultation
A personalized training program paired with an initial consultation to review movement, technique, and program execution—ensuring you start with proper form and a clear plan for success.
In-Person Personal Training
45–60 minute, one-on-one training sessions conducted in person at Los Campeones Hudson, focused on individualized coaching, performance, and results.
Small Group Training
A training environment capped at six athletes. Receive direct coaching, real-time feedback, and measurable progress in a focused group setting.
Online Training
Customized programming delivered remotely, combined with ongoing support and weekly check-ins to track progress, make adjustments, and keep you accountable.
